Where is my free mp3 download?
Be sure to have signed up for the newsletter in your account. The website updates every hour with downloads for new subscribers so check your account again in an hour after registration and it should be there. To register for newsletter, enter your email address under the "Sign up for Newsletter" section of the home page on www.naxosdirect.com.
Why are some items not available to ship to my country?
Some recordings may not be available for purchase due to copyright restrictions. Items that are only available to be shipped to a particular country will display the appropriate flag icon on the product detail page. The shopping cart will also inform you during checkout if you have an item in your cart that cannot be shipped to your country.
What is your returns/refund policy?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customerservice@naxosdirect.com or 1-877-NAXOS-CD (629-6723) within seven days of receiving the item, and we will be happy to replace it for you with a copy of the same title.What is your cancellation policy?
If we can catch your order before it goes to the warehouse for shipping we will cancel it - so email us right away if you need to cancel your order. If we can not catch it in time we can process a return for you. Please follow the directions for returns above.
