If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at customerservice@naxosdirect.com or 1-877-NAXOS-CD (629-6723) within seven days of receiving the item, and we will be happy to replace it for you with a copy of the same title.
If a CD or DVD is unopened and you decide you no longer want it, we will gladly accept the item as a return and refund your money within 30 days.
In order to receive a refund or exchange* for merchandise from NaxosDirect, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 14 days of receipt of your item. To request an RA#, please do so on the Contact Us page.
