Where is my free mp3 download?
Be sure to have signed up for the newsletter in your account. The website updates every hour with downloads for new subscribers so check your account again in an hour after registration and it should be there. To register for newsletter, enter your email address under the "Sign up for Newsletter" section of the home page on www.naxosdirect.com.
Why are some items not available to ship to my country?
Some recordings may not be available for purchase due to copyright restrictions. Items that are only available to be shipped to a particular country will display the appropriate flag icon on the product detail page. The shopping cart will also inform you during checkout if you have an item in your cart that cannot be shipped to your country.
What is your returns/refund policy?If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com or 1-877-NAXOS-CD (629-6723) within seven days of receiving the item, and we will be happy to replace it for you with a copy of the same title.
If a CD or DVD is unopened and you decide you no longer want it, we will gladly accept the item as a return and refund your money within 30 days.
In order to receive a refund or exchange for merchandise from NaxosDirect, you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 14 days of receipt of your item. To request an RA#, please do so on the Contact Us page.
When you receive your RA# from Customer Service, please include it, a note of explanation for your return and a copy of your invoice (or note your name, address, customer number, order number and order date) in the package with the merchandise you are returning.

What is your cancellation policy?
If we can catch your order before it goes to the warehouse for shipping we will cancel it - so email us right away if you need to cancel your order. If we can not catch it in time we can process a return for you. Please follow the directions for returns above.

What is NaxosRewards?
Naxos Rewards is one of the ways we thank you for being a customer of NaxosDirect.com.
You can earn points on every dollar you spend on the site (not including taxes, shipping and handling).
You will be prompted at Checkout when you have enough points to redeem toward your order.
Points earned per dollar spent: 10
Number of points equal to 1 dollar: 200
Minimum points customer must have in order to spend: 1000
200 points is equal to $1, so 1000 points is worth $5.
So basically $5 off for every $100 spent.
Gift Certificates?Gift certificates are a great a way to send gifts to friends, family, and associates. You can easily send a gift certificate by viewing your shopping cart.
To redeem a gift certificate have your gift certificate code handy and just copy it into the gift certifcate field in the shopping cart.
